Speedgoat Mid 2 Gtx Ombre Blue / Blue Sheen

The Speedgoat Mid 2 Gtx is a mid trail-running shoe with Gore Tex from Hoka One One.

A real reference on the trail-running shoes market, the Speedgoat Mid 2 GTX are here this year in their 2nd version! Inspired by the renowned athlete Karl Meltzer, holder of the most victories on ultra-trails, and the famous Speedgoat, the Speedgoat Mid 2 GTX is still the same, but it continues to improve with the integration of a new anatomical moulded foam collar that considerably improves ankle support.

It's a real weapon on the technical trails regardless of the distance. The side tabs made of PU make it even more covering, providing an incredible feeling of stability. Nevertheless, the Speedgoat Mid 2 GTX does not shrink and still offers exceptional comfort. Hoka One One has also redesigned its stone guard, which is now stronger with a denser PU to improve foot protection. This evolution is logical in view of the shoe's favourite playground, namely technical trails.

The rest of the shoe remains unchanged. The outsole is always equipped with 5mm deep Vibram® studs. These are aggressive and multidirectional studs that will give you a great grip no matter what terrain you are on. Cushioning is always one of the big assets of this Speedgoat Mid 2 GTX. Made possible thanks to a CMEVA block, it offers a perfect balance between comfort and dynamism, to increase your performance while pampering your feet even over long distances. This 2nd version is equipped with a new lighter foam for a more comfortable and dynamic stride. 

The Speedgoat Mid 2 GTX is a continuation of the famous Speedgoat 4 adding a good dose of stability and protection with a strong Mesh mid-top and a waterproof membrane in Gore Tex, to make it a real 4x4 for fast walking and trailing.
