A change has also been made to the tongue, which now provides more comfort on the top of the foot and next to the ankle, and the back tab has been lengthened, making it easier to put the shoe on.
This Gtx Spike version features a GORE-TEX lining for better moisture management and 12 tungsten carbide spikes under the outsole for better grip in cold weather and on slippery surfaces.
