A new and improved version of the legendary Speedcross 4 GTX, this one has even better grip, as well as improved comfort and stability for all-round performance.
Its Contagrip® sole features even wider and more widely spaced lugs that will give you even better grip on both uphill and downhill slopes. On this new version, the heel has been redesigned to wrap around the back of your foot. This will keep your foot more securely in place by providing the shoe with better stability, allowing you to move with greater precision.
In terms of comfort, the Speedcross 5 is based on the SensiFit system, but with a welded upper that avoids friction points and ensures a more natural stride. The Quicklace™ lacing system ensures an excellent fit, while the EnergyCell + midsole provides good cushioning. This version incorporates a waterproof Gore-Tex®membrane, which will keep your feet dry even in wet or muddy conditions.
