Samaya Assaut 2 Ultra

The Samaya Assaut 2 Ultra is an ultra-light 4-season tent from Samaya.

Born in Annecy, France, from the work of two mountaineers, the Samaya tents offer a new solution to mountaineers looking for ultra-light and robust tents. The Assaut 2 Ultra is especially light and suitable for the toughest conditions in the high mountains.

It now has all the necessary criteria to face your most extreme adventures. It is extremely light (1050g packed), but it does not neglect comfort or resistance to the elements. The poles are made of carbon and the walls of the tent are even more waterproof than the classic version (20000 mm).

This feat is possible thanks to the use of Dyneema in the construction of the Samaya Assaut 2 Ultra. This canvas is very light and resistant. The membrane is designed to meet your requirements in extreme environments. 

Its dome shape makes it very roomy, even though it takes up almost no space when folded (3.5L). The door is cut out across the width of the tent to allow you to place the tent on the most exposed edges and slopes. There is also a lifeline where you can hide yourself but also attach the tent to an anchor in case of a storm to secure yourself from landslides.

For those who want more space and storage, there is the option of adding an extra vestibule.
