60 days to change your mindThe Ms Wildfire Edge is a men's technical approach shoe from Salewa.
Designed to secure your foot during fairly technical climbs or approaches to climbing routes, the Ms Wildfire Edge combines the format of a low upper with the advantages of a mountain boot.
Designed with the invaluable help of guides and climbers, this shoe finds its greatest strength in its Switchfit system. When climbing becomes technical and rocky, simply tighten the laces at the rear eyelet of the shoe, which will push the foot forward, providing better support by compressing the toes for greater sensitivity like you'd have in a climbing shoe.
Once the ascent is over, you free up space and regain the comfort of a hiking boot by loosening the rear eyelet.
This shoe is equipped with the Pomoca Speed MTN sole, which uses Butilic compound, to give you unprecedented grip whether the weather is dry or wet. The Exa Shell technology combined with the 3F system ensures flexibility and support of the foot. The Multi Fit Footbed Plus (MFF+) allows the insole to be adapted to the shape of the foot and is equipped with Alpine Fit technology that guarantees zero blisters.

An outsole with an excellent grip/traction ratio. Whether on a wet or dry surface, the Pomoca rubber mix ensures a remarkable hold. The special construction of the studs is optimised for soft ground. It is a dynamic alpine approach or hiking sole.

Ensures precise lacing and increased hold in the toe area for enhanced performance on difficult terrain.
- 3F:
Combination of the sole, heel and lacing system that allows for a better precision of the shape, flexibility and hold.
- MFF+:

- EXA-SHELL:
Increases precison and maintains the balance of the forefoot. Reduces wear and tear on the outside of the shoe
