The maize in question, intended for industrial use, is ground to produce maize leather. MoEa will therefore use this eco-friendly fibre to create the perfect material for designing shoes. This biomaterial represents a genuine step forward in sustainable alternatives, emitting on average 97% less Carbon than animal leather.
