The Therme Down Parka Black from Arc'Teryx combines a clean style, high performance, and exceptional warmth to face the coldest and wettest winter conditions.
Equipped with a GORE-TEX® ePE 2-layer PFAS-free fabric made from recycled nylon, it provides waterproof and breathable protection while featuring an exterior finish resembling canvas for a refined look. The insulation consists of certified RDS European grey goose down with a 750 fill power, ensuring lightweight and effective warmth. In moisture-exposed areas, synthetic PrimaLoft® insulation takes over thanks to Down Composite Mapping™ technology.
Its adjustable StormHood™, also insulated with PrimaLoft®, offers optimal protection without compromising peripheral vision. The parka is designed with a classic articulated fit that provides great freedom of movement and allows for easy layering. Its extended length improves coverage, while the two-way zipper enables ventilation adjustment on demand.
For practicality, it features an external chest pocket, discreet handwarmer pockets, an internal zipped pocket, and two large external pleated pockets, ideal for keeping your essentials close at hand. Knit cuffs and a storm flap over the main zipper prevent cold air from seeping in.
A premium choice for those seeking comfort, protection, and understated style, even in the harshest conditions.

| GORE-TEX® ePE | The ePE (expanded polyethylene) membrane of the new GORE‑TEX® products represents a key step towards responsible performance, delivering highly durable and high-performing products designed for long-lasting use. The brand-new GORE‑TEX® ePE membrane is lightweight, thin, yet strong. To create a GORE-TEX® ePE product, the membrane is combined with carefully selected fabrics, such as recycled, solution-dyed, or undyed fabrics***. * Contributes to Gore Textiles’s goal of eliminating environmentally concerning PFCs from the lifecycle of its consumer products. This goal is achieved here by using non-fluorinated materials. ** Thanks to the use of a new lighter membrane and selected textile(s) for the laminates (Higg MSI) *** Depending on the laminate used |
| PrimaLoft® | This alternative fibre to natural down guarantees a perfect balance between thermal input and retention of body heat during activity. It performs in internal moisture wicking and offers ideal breathability for any engaged activity. Extremely lightweight and highly compressible, this material retains its properties even when wet. |
| Down Composite Mapping™ | This technology combines 750 cuin down and synthetic insulation, strategically placed according to the garment’s zones. It provides optimal warmth while maintaining good performance in areas exposed to moisture. |
| RESPONSIBLE DOWN STANDARD (RDS) | The RDS standard guarantees down and feathers come from ducks and geese that are well treated, healthy, and allowed to express their innate behaviours, without experiencing pain, fear, or distress. This standard covers the entire supply chain, from breeding to finished product. |
| BLUESIGN® | The bluesign® system is the solution for an environmentally responsible textile supply chain. It eliminates harmful substances from the very start of the manufacturing process and establishes and controls standards for safe and eco-friendly production. |
