To measure your back length :

You can figure out your back length by measuring the distance between your C7 vertebrae (that bony ridge that can be felt with your finger on the neck when you look down) and the top of your iliac crest (the upper part of your hip, where you place your hands).

This measurement will give you an idea of the back length you will need to choose for your backpack.

The Adaptive Fit system lets Lowe Alpine backpacks adapt to your body shape, so don't panic if your back length isn't exactly 41, 46 or 51 cm!
