| G-1000® | The G-1000® material, developed by Fjällräven, is made of high-quality polyester and cotton and impregnated with beeswax. This makes it extremely durable, highly breathable, but also wind, water and dirt proof. This material offers almost total protection against the sun's ultraviolet rays (UVA and UVB) and its compact weave protects your skin from mosquitoes and other flying insects (note that G-1000® Lite fabric does not protect against mosquitoes). This material is available in different versions in order to offer you year-round protection adapted to all your activities whatever the conditions. It is recommended that you treat your G-1000®product with Greenland Wax to preserve all the benefits. |
