The SDU B-Mesh Nautico Menthol is a men's shoe from Veja that will complete your outfit with a sporty look!

These thick-soled shoes are made from eco-friendly and recycled materials. The B-Mesh upper is made from recycled plastic bottles and provides breathability, lightness and water repellency for excellent comfort.

The insoles and midsoles are made from sugar cane for good cushioning, and the outsole in a blend of Amazonian rubber and rice waste to provide grip and increase abrasion resistance.

B-MESH	B-Mesh is composed of 100% recycled polyester from flakes of plastic bottles, which are then transformed into fibres in a brazilian factory. One pair of VEJAs requires an average of three plastic bottles. B-Mesh is a lightweight, breathable and water-resistant fabric.
SUEDE	Suede is the reverse side of leather that is sanded to give it a soft and supple appearance. It comes from farms in Rio Grande do Sul. It is tanned in Brazil according to REACH standards. The use of water is kept to a minimum during the tanning process. This suede is then coated with two water-repellent oils to protect the trainers from light rain. The tanneries working with VEJA are L.W.G. certified.
AMAZIONIAN RUBBER	Each VEJA sole is composed of 20 to 30% rubber from the Amazon rainforest. Seringueiros (rubber workers) are paid according to the principles of fair trade. The use of this Amazon rubber increases the economic value of the forest and protects it from deforestation.
ORGANIC COTTON	The canvas is made of 100% certified organic cotton, without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilisers. Cotton is cultivated in Brazil and Peru by associations that respect people and the environment, according to the principles of fair trade. In Brazil, cotton is organic and agro-ecological, an agriculture that enriches the land after it has been cultivated by enhancing the symbiosis of the species that are grown and the water retention in the soil. In Peru, organic cotton farmers are supported in obtaining their certification and receive technical and financial support to improve their production.
