The Women's Flagship is Jones' signature freeride board for advanced to expert women snowboarders, and continues to be a serious contender in the range of freeride boards. The Women's Flagship has been given many different awards and is the culmination of more than 20 years of improvement and refinement by pro-rider Jeremy Jones, for a near-perfect board.
Nothing has been left to chance with the Women's Flagship. Inspired by hydrodynamics, Jones have gone for a 3D Contour Base 3.0 similar to surfboard designs. The curved shape of the base at the nose and tail lift the edges so you can avoid catching it on snow and smoothly enter into turns.
The Women's Flagship, which has become an essential board, is the very foundation of the Jones spirit: rigid, incisive, demanding with excellent stability. This board can take on any snow conditions: choppy, packed and, most of all, deep powder! The Women's Flagship flies down any slope with ease and confidence. Its rigid flexadapted to women, the camber between the supports and the basalt inserts guarantee the freeride performance offered by the Women's Flagship.

Please note: In an effort to reduce waste, Jones randomly produces the base colours by inverting graphics and backgrounds.
- Cambre: Directional Rocker : classic camber with rocker for greater float and grip in all snow conditions. The longer tip rocker improves float, while the camber ensures edge hold and response. The shorter tail rocker provides the same power and stability as other boards, but prevents catching edges when entering turns and landing in switch.

- Blunt Nose : a curved nose improves the glide and reduces the grip of the snow and therefore reduces the "ploughing" effect of the nose.
- Traction Tech 3.0 : The undulating edges offer an edge grip with multiple contact points along the length of the board. This technology offsets the edge drift of the rocker, so that you can firmly lock into any moves. The traction tech 3.0 has three waves per edge (front, centre and rear).
- Progressive Sidecut : The radius at the ends of the sidecut is slightly increased as the edge reaches the contact points. This larger radius ensures a smoother ride when entering and exiting turns.

- FSC™ Power Core : Triple density premium wood core, offering the lightness of paulownia combined with the pop and strength of bamboo.
- Sustainable Flax/Basalt Stringers : 100% natural basalt stringer Each support becomes more powerful and the torsional stiffness of the board is improved.
- Topsheet:
- Triax Fiberlass : a multi-axis fibre glass layer for a responsive ride, whatever the terrain and snow conditions.
- FSC™ Engineered Veneer: new FSC™ certified 100% wood varnish. It softens the ride and absorbs the noise of the board
- Sole:
- Sintered 9900 base : base made from UHMW-PE (Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) and carbon. Extremely easy to repair, with maximum acceleration and glide.
- Flip-Flop base: to minimise waste during the manufacturing process. Two base colours available, delivered randomly according to stock.
- Technologies:
- Oversized Recycled Edges : edges made of recycled steel.
- Recycled ABS : The ABS plastics in Jones boards are made from recycled plastic.
- Wend Natural Wax : ready to use as soon as they leave the factory, Jones snowboards are already waxed with natural Wend wax.
- Super Sap Bio Resin : All Jones boards are now built with bio-based, renewable epoxy instead of petroleum based epoxy. The raw materials used to make Super Sap Bio-Resin are co-products or waste products of other plant-based industrial processes. Producing Super Sap requires 33% less greenhouse gas emissions than traditional epoxy.
Secure grip thanks to the Traction Tech 3.0, its directional rocker and 'blunt' nose give it great stability and the ability to quickly get out of deep snow. The basalt reinforcements under the feet make the board s very and stable but also very pleasant high speeds. The Flagship is the ultimate weapon that every good freerider is looking for. With this snowboard at the end of the boots, don't try to make any excuses. This board has a big Freeride character: fast and powerful, which allows it to engage at high speed and keep a very high stability. A feeling of security at high speed, and on any snow that will make you wonder how you ever managed to do without it.
