The Freerider Pro 32+ SL is a ski touring and freeride skiing backpack for men from Deuter.
This bag features the Alpine back system, and combines firm and safe support, excellent carrying comfort and pleasant ventilation between the Softstripe cushions. The
special women's model also has a shorter back, narrower straps and a belt specially adapted to the female body shape.
The bag is well equipped with a separate reinforced compartment for safety equipment, a binding loop for poles or ice axes and two separate retractable straps for binding skis (diagonal or A-shaped) or snowboards. Thanks to the various compartments and the zipped opening at the back, you can easily store your belongings and quickly access your equipment.
The practical 10L volume can be expanded thanks to the roll-up flap with a retractable strap for compressing a rope, for example.

Alpine back system:
For backpacks intended for alpine applications, it is essential to optimally combine durability and function. The Alpine system is up to this challenge. Perfectly adapted to the body, its two Softstripes cushions flexibly adapt to the shape of the back with every movement. In combination with the slim storage bag, the load is always close to the centre of gravity. This means control of the bag, you can concentrate on the action in difficult terrain. SL Fit - Shape adapted to the female body type
- Shorter back Women's backs are generally shorter than men's. The carrying systems of the Deuter SL models are therefore shorter to better adapt to the female body shape.
- Narrower straps. The straps have a pronounced S-shape and rounded edges. They are narrower and closer for a perfect fit on the shoulders, without pressure points or rubbing.
- Conical hip stabilisers. The hip stabilisers form a cone to fit the female shape perfectly.
